ABOUT DAIMYO

Daimyo is one of Norway's main private players in the Energy from Waste sector and supplies thermal energy to industrial units and private housing. 

This is a position that Daimyo is aiming to grow significantly over the coming years. Daimyo is also seeking to establish itself in the international Energy from Waste market.  This will be achieved through the development and construction of new plants in territories with unrealized potential, as well as the purchase of existing facilities. 

Daimyo competes in a domestic market that until now has been dominated by regional energy companies from both the public and private sectors.  Our strength is the ability to find creative and sound energy solutions - which most often run across established company structures. We are, in other words, helping to create a healthy competition in these markets. 

Most projects are, when realized, established as separate companies. We are therefore open for cooperation with other industrial companies (energy or waste companies) in the industry for the development, financing and operation of these facilities.
